Police Investigate Car Arson | No Suspects

Lincoln Fire and Rescue and Lincoln Police are investigating an arson.

Police say it happened just after 4 a.m. Sunday when the owner of a Nissan Maxima found his car fully engulfed in flames.

The owner told police that the car had been parked in an ally near his home near 19th and Washington overnight.

LFR Fire Inspectors confirmed that the fire was set intentionally. Officials estimate a loss of about $30,000.

Police are investigating the fire as arson and have no suspects at this time.
