Lincoln Police Looking For Suspect Following Stabbing

A Lincoln man ends up in the hospital with stab wounds after getting into an argument with an unknown assailant.

Police say around 11:30p.m. Sunday, the victim was walking to his apartment on 3636 North 52nd Street when he was confronted by an unknown suspect.

A verbal altercation followed, police say.

Authorities say the victim realized he'd been stabbed in the abdomen and his leg when he returned to his apartment.
The victim was admitted to the hospital with non-life threatening wounds.

Police say the suspect is described as a white male, standing 5 foot 8, with dark hair and wearing a black jersey.
