Police: Man Rammed Restaurant With Truck

A 20-year-old man faces several charges after running his pick-up into a North Platte restaurant.

Tanner Matthies remains in jail on 10% of a $1 million bond.

Police said he rammed a Perkins with his pick-up after having an argument over the phone with a 25-year-old man inside. They said that man was was hit and hurt badly.

Matthies is charged with attempted second degree murder, aggravated assault, criminal mischief and use a weapon to commit a felony.
