Lincoln police say they've arrested a man after he became violent while smoking K2.

Just after 8 a.m. Monday, police responded to a disturbance at an apartment in the 5100 block of London Road. The woman told officers that her husband, 40 year old Darius Afraid of Hawk, had been smoking K2, making him angry, unpredictable and violent.

According to reports, during the argument he threatened his wife and mother-in-law with a kitchen knife. Police say he also threatened to set fire to the home.

No one was injured in the incident, but a 1-year-old was present at the time.

Darius was lodged for 3rd degree domestic assault (threats). Police say no K2 found during the investigation.
