Lincoln, Neb. A loud party ends abruptly when officers use a taser just before 3 a.m. Sunday. Lincoln police say they were called to the 1900 block of Garfield for a loud party. LPD says when officers arrived and began to break up the party on of the men began yelling at officers.
When the man began to charge toward the officer, he was shot with a tazer. The man is 25 year-old Joseph Condon and was transported to the hospital per police policy whenever a tazer is deployed.
Once released from the hospital, Condon was arrested for attempted 3rd degree assault on an officer.
