Update: Power Restored After Outage in South Lincoln

Power is now back on in South Lincoln following an outage Monday afternoon.
According to Kelly Porter with Lincoln Electic System, power was restored by 4:18 Monday afternoon.
The outage happened about 3 p.m. Monday when equipment at a substation failed.
