Pure Nebraska Debuts on MyTV - Watch a Replay of the Show

KOLN/KGIN launched a new show "Pure Nebraska" on MyTV Tuesday, July 10 at 12:30 p.m. The show airs again on MyTV Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Wednesdays at 12:30 a.m. on 10/11.

The new show hosted by 10/11's Jon Vanderford highlights the state's number one industry, agriculture. The show also celebrates the state, features great places to visit, and focuses on the rural communities that make up the fabric of what we call The Good Life.

Here's a look at the July 10th show.

The wheat harvest all but complete in Eastern Nebraska, and nearly finished in the Panhandle, too. We'll take a look back at the process and why the harvest is a labor of love when we travel to a farm in Southeast Nebraska.

In the 'Our Town' segment, we put the spotlight on small communities in Nebraska. We'll travel to Steele City to learn how history is being preserved for future generations.

In our 'Good Life' report, 10/11 Meteorologist Brad Anderson gets up close and personal with a herd of bison - and he didn't travel to Custer State Park in South Dakota for it. The bison can be found in Adams. We'll learn more about a business venture called nebraskabison.com.
