A recall election has been set for the York County Attorney.
An 18 point complaint filed in September by some of Bill Sutter's employees outlines a list of "behaviors and statements made by Mr. Sutter."
The complaint includes one of Sutter's secretaries. She says after losing a case Sutter said quote "It's like a woman getting raped, eventually you just have to sit back and enjoy it." One of Sutter's secretaries also says on more than one occasion Sutter described part of his genitalia to her.
But the county attorney still says these claims and the others are exaggerated.
A December 20th election date was scheduled at a York County Commission meeting Monday.
According to the county clerk the ballot will read, "Shall William D. Sutter Jr. be removed from the office of York County Attorney?" Residents can vote yes or no.
One county commissioner helped gather enough signatures to force the recall election.
