Two people were forced to be relocated following the destruction of their mobile home.
Just after 9:00 Saturday evening, Lincoln Fire & Rescue were called to the mobile home park at 125 West O Street on a report of a tree falling down on the home. Crews arrived to find a large branch which destroyed the roof and one side of the building.
Firefighters at the scene said they turned off the utilities to help prevent any possible fire source and Building Inspectors red tagged the building as being uninhabitable.
The owner of the park plans to remove the tree and demolish the mobile home beginning Sunday.
The American Red Cross was called to assist in relocating the occupants.
