Robber Takes Cash from Liquor Store

A masked man robs southwest area liquor store in an early morning hold up.
Just after midnight, Lincoln Police were called to the Russ's Market at Coddington and West A Street for a robbery.
Captain Michon Morrow said the suspect entered the store displayed a handgun in his waistband and demanded cash. Morrow said the clerk gave the man an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect left. According to witnesses, the suspect last seen heading south on foot.
Police describe the suspect as a black man, about 5'6" tall, wearing a black mask and all black clothes.
Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to call Lincoln Crimestoppers at 402-475-3600.
