One lane of I-80 was closed while crews cleaned up an accident near the Waverly interchange.
Crews were called to westbound Interstate 80, just west of the exit to Waverly, around 5:15 Tuesday evening.
Lancaster Sheriff's Office Sergeant Mike Peschong said the initial information leads investigators to believe the driver fell asleep.
The 2005 Jeep Wrangler hit the jersey barrier then crossed both lanes and rolled at least twice before it came to rest in the north ditch.
Peschong said the driver, a Lincoln woman, was transported to Bryan West with non-life threatening injuries.
The Jeep is considered a total loss.
