When his wife didn't return home, a Saunders County man began searching for her. Authorities say he found her inside her jeep at the scene of a rollover accident.
According to Saunders County Sheriff Kevin Stuckenholtz , their office was contacted regarding an injury accident at 10:53 p.m. on Monday.
Stuckenholtz says Deborah Polacek had not arrived home and her husband went looking for her. The man located her in a creek at approximately Highway 79 and Country Road U.
Stuckenholtz said a neighbor contacted the Sheriff's office regarding the accident. Deborah Polacek was transported to the Fremont Medical Center, where she was treated and released.
Charges are pending for suspected driving while under the influence.
Authorities say a guardrail was damaged in the accident.
