Lincoln, Neb.-- If you were traveling on O Street shortly before 11a .m. you might have seen eight semi trucks in a procession.
It was all a part of a touching tribute to a woman who spent her life driving trucks up until just 3 weeks before her passing.
Rose McFarling, a mother of six, passed away on New Years Eve after battling cancer.
A group of fellow drivers organized this tribute so that Roses' last ride home on Monday was a special one.
Rose and her tractor led one last convoy from Roper and Son's funeral home to her church on O Street Monday at 10:43 a.m.
10:43 has special meaning to Rose. Each truck had a single red rose on their grill.
