The Central City Head Football coach pleaded not guilty to DUI charges in Merrick County Court.

The Merrick County Sheriff's Office says Troy Huebert was arrested on February 7 for suspicion for DUI. His next hearing is set for May 21 at 10 am.

Both the Central City Superintendent of Schools and the Central City High School principal had no comment.

In May of 2013, Huebert replaced Darin Garfield as the head football coach after the school board approved his contract as Alternate Education and Strengthening Conditioning Instructor.
