LINCOLN, Neb. -- Lincoln Police are investigating a robbery where shots were fired Thursday night.
Just before 9 p.m. police had several officers respond to the area after they received reports of shots fired near 13th and F Streets.
Sergeant Terrance Vernon said officers found the victims of a robbery in the alley near 13th and F Street.
According to police two men were sitting in their car waiting for a friend when two black men approached the victims and demanded cash. One of the suspects had a handgun. One victim was hit in the face, the other had his wallet taken.
As the suspects left, they fired several shots.
No one was seriously hurt and police found a bullet hole in the victim's car.
Several shell casings were found nearby.
The suspects are described as being black men wearing black hoodies and wearing black bandanas over their faces.
