Teen Arrested for Convenience Store Robbery

Police have arrested a 16-year-old suspected in a robbery.

Just before 11 p.m. Saturday, police were called to the Fast Break store at 17th and South Street.

LPD reported the suspect and clerk fought before the suspect fled on foot.

What lead police to the teenager as a suspect has not been disclosed.

The clerk was transported to Bryan West Campus for minor injuries.
