Three Lincoln transients have been arrested for the death of a Kansas man on April 11.
Lincoln police arrested Nathan Lawrence, Paul Crosby and Crystal Wilson for delivery of a controlled substance.
On April 11, Lincoln Police were dispatched to the Oak Park Motel in downtown Lincoln where two people were reported seizing. When police arrived they found Jeffery and Marla Arredondo of Saline, Kansas, unresponsive. Jeffery was pronounced dead at the scene. Marla was taken to a hospital in critical condition and released a few days later.
An autopsy showed the cause of Jeffery Arredondo's death to be combined acute ethanol and heroin toxicity.
Lawrence, Crosby and Wilson were involved in obtaining items necessary for the drug use that resulted in Arredondo's death.
