Lincoln Police arrested a 29-year-old man after they say he took video of women undressing.
Police say Dustin Lindgren is a manager at the Tilted Kilt Pub.
Lindgren was arrested Monday night for two counts of felony Unlawful Intrusion after two female employees discovered he had been using his cell phone to record them as they undressed in the women’s locker room.
The first incident occurred last week when a 23-year-old female employee noticed his phone sitting in a coat pocket, recording, and gave it back to him. The same incident occurred Monday night around 5 p.m. with a 21-year-old female employee. She confronted Lindgren, went home and later decided to call police.
Police have confiscated Lindgren's cell phone and laptop to investigate whether further incidents have taken place.
Tilted Kilt released the following statement regarding this incident:
“The safety and privacy of our employees is our foremost concern. News of this incident has prompted our Lincoln Franchisee to take action by dismissing the employee involved and to reinforce company protocol that prohibits the use of phones and videotaping devices in select areas to protect the privacy of our employees.”
