Update: Time Warner Cable says, as of Saturday night, all of its Nebraska customers have had their cable services restored.

This after customers saw their TV screens go blank Saturday morning. According to Time Warner, the outage lasted a few hours, until around 1 in the afternoon.

The company, when reached Saturday night, blamed the outage on a piece of electrical equipment that failed at its main processing center in
Lincoln.

There was no fire, but fire fighters responded and the building was evacuated. There were no injuries.

Time Warner apologized for the outage and says it worked as hard as it could getting service restored...especially with lots of local sports fans trying to enjoy their favorite basketball teams on TV.
