A Lincoln man facing a murder charge in the stabbing death of a 58-year-old man will face trial in March.
Officials say 47-year-old Ivan Fourhorns was charged with second-degree murder in the death of Joe Solomon. He was also charged with using a weapon to commit a felony.
Rescue workers were called to an apartment July 23 and found Solomon, who wasn't breathing. He later was pronounced dead at a hospital.
If convicted of the murder charge, Fourhorns could face a sentence of 20 years to life in prison.
Police say Solomon and Fourhorns got into an argument after drinking alcohol with others at the apartment.
