Lincoln, Neb. It's back-to-school next week on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus.
Thousands of students will be moving into residence halls on Thursday through Sunday, although some students at The Village and The Courtyards campus residences begin moving in on Tuesday.
University officials are warning visitors and Lincoln residents to be aware of traffic delays around the campus because of lane closures and traffic from those moving in.
Lanes on 16th, 17th and Vine Streets will be shut down.
Construction near 18th, 19th and R Streets could cause increase traffic congestion than usual in other move in years.
Classes for the semester begin Aug. 26.
But, if moving in this week, UNL asks that parents and students drop off and move in parking near assigned halls.
Students and parents are urged to visit the UNL Housing move-in website, http://housing.unl.edu/movein, for the latest information.
