Man Assaulted by Several Attackers

A man walking down the sidewalk says he was assaulted by several men.
Around 2:20 Saturday morning, Lincoln Police and Lincoln Fire & Rescue responded to the area of 21st and E for a man who had reportedly been assaulted.
According to LPD Sergeant Terrance Vernon, the man was walking on 21st between F and E Streets when three or four men attacked him.
Vernon said the man had several cuts and bruises to his face.
Nothing was taken from the victim, who was unable to describe the suspects.
The victim was under the influence of alcohol.
