The victim has also been identified as 26-year-old Kent Seevers, of Lincoln.

According to Lancaster County Deputy Sheriff Dennis Guthard, the accident happened around 4 p.m.

Guthard said a man fell while wake-boarding, and when the driver turned to go get him, one of the two young men on the front of the boat fell into the water.

Guthard said Seevers hit the propeller and has deep lacerations to his chest and arms. His injuries are life threatening.

CPR was given to Seevers at the scene, and then he was transported to a Lincoln hospital for emergency surgery.
