Doane Cross Country Receiving Votes in NAIA Poll

The Doane men's cross country team will start the 2010 season outside the NAIA Top 25. The Tigers are the 32nd team listed among the teams that received votes in this year's poll. There are 49 teams that received at least one point in the preseason poll.

The Tigers will run into several teams throughout the year that are ranked or receiving votes. A majority will be at the NAIA Midstates Classic held in October. The first meet of the year in Sioux Falls at the Nike Invitational.

Top returners for the Tigers include All-GPAC honoree Edwin Ronoh. Steve Jerina missed last year due to oversea studies and will be back for his senior year. Jarid Holliday was also consistently in the Top Five of the team finishers last year.
