Nebraska Girl Wins State Rifle Shooting Title

BROKEN BOW, Neb. (AP) -- An Inman girl has been named the top
high school rifle marksman in Nebraska.
The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission says Grace Moore of Inman
beat Rachel Shoenrock of Cortland in a shoot-off aftr both tied
with the best score.
The recent silhouette shooting championships were held at the
Pressey Wildlife Management Area south of Broken Bow.
All the competitors used .22-caliber rifles to shoot at 40 small
metal targets from distances that ranged from 43-yards-away to
109-yards-away.
