Officials say a man was seriously injured ina fall while helping install the 2012 U.S. Olympic swim trials pool at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha.

Police say the 57-year-old man fell 8 to 10 feet from scaffolding on Tuesday afternoon.

Rebecca Kleeman is spokeswoman for the Metropolitan Entertainment and Convention Authority. She said the man was taken to The Nebraska Medical Center for treatment. His name has not been released.
