The Nebraska Wesleyan University football team will face off against Hastings College on Saturday November 13 at 1p.m.
The game will take place at Lloyd Wilson Field in Hastings.
Both teams will be fighting to get their record to .500 and not end the 2010 season with a losing record as both teams enter the game with a 4-5 mark. The last two seasons, the NWU-Hastings game has ended in a score of 7-3 with each team winning on the opponents home field. Fans can expect another hard fought low-scoring battle as both teams feature a strong ground game and a solid defense.
NWU fullback Matt Sharkey had 112 rushing yards last week in the loss to #20 Midland, marking the first time a NWU back has gone over 100 yards this season. Sharkey has been used in multiple formations in the backfield and is now the top rusher for the Prairie Wolves.
