Coming off back-to-back wins against Western Conference foes, the Tri-City Storm look to extend their two-game winning streak against the Green Bay Gamblers on Friday night in Wisconsin. The Storm have won five of their last six games and are 5-2-0 since Josh Hauge has taken over the head coaching duties.

Tri-City (11-17-0, 22 pts – 7th in Western Conference) is currently on a streak of nine-consecutive games scoring the first goal and are 10-8-0 when scoring the first goal this season.

Since acquiring G Adam Wilcox from the Gamblers in November, the Storm have averaged 3.23 goals per game, while allowing only 2.84 goals against per game and have gone 7-6-0 since the trade. Tri-City, who was 4-11-0 before the trade, was only averaging 2.40 GF/G and 3.40 GA/G before adding the former Green Bay goalie.

Storm LW/C Brad Schierhorn has tied his career and season-high with another five-game point streak. The second year forward from Anchorage, Alaska has one goal and five assists during his current point streak.

Tri-City has an all-time record of 25-17-3 against Green Bay and a 23-20-2 record against the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders.

The game Friday in Green Bay will be on The Breeze 94.5 FM, while Saturday’s game in Cedar Rapids will air on Classic Hits 98.9 FM with the Viaero Wireless Pre-Game Shows starting at 6:45 p.m. each night.
