The owner of Hartland Tattoos says hearing reports of an alleged hate crime in Lincoln motivated him to take a stand.
Adam Hart is advertising a special "No Hate" tattoo for half price with a chunk of the proceeds going to a fund which benefits victims of hate crimes.
Hart says he will be fundraising for another few weeks with the drive ending August 23rd.
