Two teens are cited after officials say they broke into a fireworks stand.

It happened in Waverly at about 1:30 Thursday morning.

Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner says 19-year-old Tyler Nabity and a 12-year-old got into the tent and stole $238 in fireworks.

Wagner says witnesses noticed the kids hanging around earlier and were suspicious.

Nabity was cited for theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The 12-year-old was cited for theft and released to his mother.
