New NSAA Executive Director
The Nebraska School Activities Association has a new executive director. And Husker fans, you may remember her name. Former Nebraska track star, Rhonda Blanford-Green, was chosen to head up the organization.
Green has worked for the Colorado High School Activities Association for the past 16 years. And she recently served as the associate commissioner there.
Her position with the NSAA started on Monday. Green's hire is pretty significant. She is the first African-American woman to lead one of the 51 national organizations that govern high school sports and activities.
