Another night of "Lin-sanity" as the Knicks Win Again

Posted: 3:07 AM Feb 15, 2012
Reporter: Associated Press

Another night of "Lin-sanity"- The legend of Jeremy Lin only gets bigger.

The NBA's newest sensation canned the game-winning 3-pointer with less than a second left to rally the New York Knicks to their sixth straight victory, 90-87 in Toronto.

Lin finished with 27 points and a career-high 11 assists. He's averaging over 28 points a game in the Knicks' six-game win streak.

The season-high crowd of 20,092 roared as the NBA's first American-Taiwanese player drained a pull-up jumper from the top of the key with half a second to play, giving the Knicks their first lead since the opening quarter.

Teammate Jared Jeffries said of the NBA's biggest story of the season: "He continues to impress every night....You can't ask any more of a kid coming into this situation."
