Send Michigan RB Touissant Suspended Following Arrest

Michigan has suspended running back Fitzgerald Toussaint after he was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of drunken driving.

Saline Police Department Detective Don Lupi says Toussaint was stopped for a traffic violation in Ann Arbor on Saturday night around 11:45 p.m. He was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and taken to the Saline Police Department, where Lupi says he tested over the legal limit during a breath test.

Michigan coach Brady Hoke says Toussaint "made a poor decision" and is suspended indefinitely.

Toussaint, a redshirt junior this upcoming season, rushed for 1,041 yards in 2011, finishing second on the team behind quarterback Denard Robinson.
