Mike Gundy says there's no disguising where his Oklahoma State program stands this season after steadily improving in recent years.
The Cowboys are in a rebuilding mode after losing quarterback Zac Robinson, first-round NFL draft pick Russell Okung and three other offensive line starters and almost the entire back seven on defense.
Gundy said Sunday at the team's annual media day that he wants to get the program to the point that it will have returning experience every single year, but success this season will depend on newcomers being ready to contribute quickly.
What the Cowboys lack in experience, Gundy hopes they can make up for with what he calls his fastest and most athletic squad in years.
