A Hemingford woman suspected of helping to hide the body of a Denver man in northwest Nebraska has pleaded not guilty to an accessory charge.

20-year-old Rose Siefke was arraigned Wednesday in Box Butte County District Court. Her trial has been set for Jan. 28.

Prosecutors say Siefke helped her boyfriend, Andres Gonzalez, hide the body of Joshua Bullock.

Gonzalez was killed in June after a daylong standoff with police in Alliance where he wounded three officers. Before his death, Gonzalez told police he had killed Bullock and buried the body in Dawes County.

Investigators believe Siefke helped Gonzalez burn Bullock's truck with Bullock's body in it in December. Police believe the two returned two days later, and Gonzalez buried Bullock's body.
