A Hastings man has been sentenced for his role in an armed robbery and home invasion last May.
Andrew Lyle, 22, will serve 14-19 years in prison. Lyle plead no contest to charges of robbery, discharging a firearm, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Police say Lyle and his cousin robbed a Hibbit Sports employee making a night deposit at Five Points Bank in Hastings, then robbed a home on East 7th Street.
Lyle was credited with 300 days in jail, and must also pay $550 in restitution.
Andrew's cousin Tyrell Lyle of Omaha was given 11-18 years in prison for his role in the robberies.
