The former director of the Grand Island Community Foundation has pleaded not guilty to stealing from the non-profit.
Lisa Katzberg resigned from the foundation last year before being charged with theft by unlawful taking.
Foundation board chair Lynn Cronk has said Katzberg repaid more than $25,000.
Katzberg's trial is scheduled for April.
