Crews have cleaned up the butter from a semi truck which burnt on Interstate 80 late Friday night.
Just before 11:00 p.m. Friday, crews were called to a semi on fire in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 at mile marker 322, or about 5 miles east of the Locust Street interchange in Grand Island.
State Patrol officials said the patrol assisted in the detour for motorists as the fire was extinguished and then the semi load of butter was cleaned up.
Interstate 80 reopened about 6:00 a.m. Saturday.
