Native American Group Protests Keystone XL Pipeline

Another voice joined the ongoing pipeline protest Monday. Hundreds of Native American protesters gathered at the State Capitol in opposition.

The group "Idle No More" opposes the Keystone XL Pipeline, no matter what plan lawmakers approve.

The demonstration came less than a week after Governor Dave Heineman announced his support of a new route that would avoid the environmentally sensitive sandhills.
