A 19-year-old York woman has pleaded not guilty to accusations that she had sex with a 14-year-old.
The trial of Crystal Moul is scheduled to begin on July 31.
Moul faces a felony charge of sexual assault of a minor.
Prosecutors say the incident occurred in November 2011.
Under Nebraska law, people 19 and over cannot have sexual contact with people under 16.
Her case had been delayed by psychological tests requested by her attorney.
Last month the judge ruled Moul was competent to stand trial.
