A Nebraska man has pleaded no contest to sexually assaulting another man.
Authorities say Chad Bauer entered his plea in Dawson County District Court in exchange for a reduced charge.
Prosecutors say the 44-year-old Bauer took a 22-year-old man for a ride in his truck and forced the younger man to perform oral sex.
Bauer remains free on $5,000 bail. District Judge James Doyle set Bauer's sentencing for Feb. 15.
Bauer faces up to five years in prison.
