A ruling has been made in the land valuation battle between Hall County and Case New Holland.
The Nebraska Tax Equalization and Review Commission has sided with CNH, saying the county's nearly $24 million valuation for 2010 and 2011 was unreasonable.
Instead, documents say the land should be assessed at $12.5 million for those two tax years.
Hall County has until March 28th to appeal the ruling.
