A York, Nebraska man accused of molesting a 3-year-old child says he's not guilty.
Nineteen-year-old Damien Hartman was back in court Tuesday and entered the plea.
Hartman will remain in jail unless he can post 10-percent of a $100,000 bond.
A witness reported the alleged crime in October. A judge granted a motion in the case for a pretrial psychological evaluation.
A trial is set for May 14th and 15th at the York County courthouse.
