This year's theme for Nebraska's annual Women in Agriculture Conference is "Innovation for the Future."

Organizer Cheryl Griffith says there will be workshops, "funshops" and speakers who will help women develop management skills in every facet of agriculture.

More than 30 workshops will be spread out over five sessions throughout the conference at the Holiday Inn in Kearney.

Early registration of $100 is due by Feb. 10. The conference is scheduled for Feb. 23-24.
