Family fun, music and laughter were all sounds in downtown Lincoln Thursday night. It's part of "Music and Mozzarella" at the Lincoln Children's Museum.
For six consecutive Thursdays, the museum is hosting the free outdoor children's concerts as a way for families to get out, have a slice of pizza and a fun evening.
"We're having great turnout this year we had a great first week with The String Beans, a local band and always a fan favorite. Tonight we have more than 500 people joining us," said Lincoln Children Museum's Executive Director, Darren Macfee. "So we're excited about that and we're really looking forward to 3 more weeks."
"Music and Mozzarella" will be held for three more Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
