Stretch of I-80 Eastbound to be Closed Temporarily
Lincoln, Neb. The eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 will be temporarily closed, between the Waverly Interchange (409) and the Ashland Interchange (420), beginning Monday, July 6, at 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, according to the Nebraska Department of Roads. The eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 will be temporarily closed, between the Waverly Interchange (409) and the Ashland Interchange (420), beginning Monday, July 6, at 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, according to the Nebraska Department of Roads.
The closure is for necessary pavement repair.
Traffic will be detoured on Highway 6 from the Waverly interchange to Highway 63, and then on Highway 63 back to I-80.
Motorists are urged to watch for directional signs and to drive safely.
