Jury selection is set to begin Monday for another suspect charged in the Norfolk bank slayings.
Jorge Galindo is charged with five counts of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of a customer and four employees at a Norfolk U.S. Bank branch on Sept. 26 last year.
It is expected to take about three days to seat 12 jurors and two alternates.
Two other men, Erick Vela and Jose Sandoval, have already been convicted in the bank massacre. Jury's in both their cases found that their roles in the bank slayings merit the death penalty. Three-judge panels will decide whether the two are sentenced to death or life in prison.
A fourth suspect, Gabriel Rodriguez, is set to go to trial in February.
