Madison County District Court jurors are back Monday in the sentencing trial of convicted murderer Jorge Galindo.
Galindo was convicted earlier of five counts of murder and assorted other charges associated with the deadly shootings at a U.S. Bank branch in Norfolk in September 2002.
District Court Clerk Marjorie Shaffer says jurors heard instructions this morning and are hearing closing arguments before beginning deliberations.
Galindo is the third suspect convicted of five counts of murder in the case.
A fourth suspect, Gabriel Rodriguez, is expected to stand trial in February. He is accused of acting as a lookout for the others.
