The FBI will test a white powdery substance found on packages and in a pouch at the Scottsbluff post office Tuesday.
Postmaster Ron Schluter says the powder was on about six packages and in the bag the parcels were in.
The Scottsbluff fire department's Haz-Mat team was called, wrapped the packages and pouch and waited to hear back from the FBI.
Schluter says the pouches last stop before Scottsbluff was Omaha. The packages were from all over North America.
