A wrecked car is found in southeast Lincoln Monday morning with two bodies inside.

Public works employees discovered the car at the bottom of Antelope Creek, near 75th and Pioneers.

The two men inside, Adam Shunkwiler, 21, and Allen Tejral, 22. Both are from Lincoln.

Police say their families had filed missing persons reports as early as Saturday.

Investigators believe Shunkwiler was driving the car eastbound when it veered off the road. They say it crashed into an embankment then fell into the creek.

Police say both men died from injuries related to the crash.

Autopsies will be performed on both bodies. Investigators think this may provide some missing pieces to this case.
